MedAccred recognizes 51ΑΤΖζ of Western PA for its commitment to continual improvement in medical device heat treat and brazing quality
February 20, 2018 – 51ΑΤΖζ of Western PA is pleased to announce that it has received the prestigious MedAccred Heat Treating accreditation.Β Becoming only the eighth plant internationally and the fifth plant domestically to receive this certification, it demonstrates Solarβs ongoing commitment to quality by satisfying customer requirements while complying with future medical industry specifications.
Performance Review Institute (PRI) states that MedAccred is an industry managed supply chain oversight program that bolsters patient safety.Β It does this through clarification of requirements and better identifying how they apply to critical processes used in the production of medical devices.
